How do I transfer my domain to you? Domain Transfer and Update
To transfer your domain to Easy Web 4u please browse to our Domain Transfer page.
Our robust technology platform comprise a fully automated domain transfer system. As soon as you completed your domain transfer order our system will send a request for transfer to the current owner/hosting provider.
For .CO.ZA
When you order a domain transfer for .co.za an e-mail is sent to the current owner/hosting provider for acceptance. The current owner/hosting provider will have exactly 24 hours to either "Accept" or "Deny" the transfer request. Before you place an order for transferring a .co.za domain please make sure that you have informed the current owner/hosting provider of your intention to transfer the domain as they will most likely "Deny" the request if they have not been informed of the intended transfer. If the request for transfer is "Denied" or "No Response" has been received we will inform you of this and we can then proceed to re-initiate the transfer.
For .COM, .NET, .ORG
When you order a domain transfer for a .com .net .org or other international TLD it may be requested that you provide what is called an EPP or transfer Authorization Code. This code must be obtained from the current owner/hosting provider who control the domain. During the transfer process you will be required to enter this code for the transfer to proceed. This code is typically found in the administration area with the company where the domain is registered, for instance, Easy Web 4u clients can find this code in the Client Area under "Manage Domains". The current owner/hosting provider will have 5 days in which to "Accept" or "Deny" the transfer request. If for any reason the transfer does not proceed we will inform you of the reason/s.
